WEGoT aims to change the world, one drop at a time.
Today, access to clean drinking water is one of the biggest challenges in India. Water shortages are mostly man-made due to the mismanagement of water resources. The lack of efficient water management and distribution of water between urban consumers, the agriculture sector, and industry adds to the problem of water scarcity. According to WWF, by 2050, at least 30 Indian cities will face a grave water risk.
WEGot can reduce the demand for water in multi-tenanted buildings by changing people's behaviour by attaching a cost to it and billing them for their consumption. Through their platform, WEGoT aqua, users get access to real-time insights like leakages and abnormal usages. WEGoT also ventured to develop a sensor-based IoT device and a software platform that provides an end-to-end water management solution. The sensors enable data-driven and automated decision-making to reduce water demand and increase water infrastructure efficiency in buildings. The platform also allows the facility manager to manage the entire campus's water requirements.
